Dr Jonathan Cole
A graduate from University of Otago Dental School in 1983, Jon has worked for 25 years at Mt Wellington Dental Centre.
He is a past president of Auckland Dental Association and is now a honorary life member, as well as a member of both NZDA and the International College Dentists.
Jon enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially treating three generations of families and patients of all ages who have been visiting Mt Wellington Dental Clinic since its opening in 1951.
Dr Ivan Choie
Ivan grew up on the Taieri Plains, just south of Dunedin. He graduated from the University of Otago Dental School in 1985. After 18 months working in Invercargill, he headed to the warmer climate of Auckland, working in Te Atatu and Manurewa. In 1991 Ivan joined Jonathan Cole at Mount Wellington Dental Centre.
Ivan is a member of the New Zealand and Auckland Dental Association. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Ivan is a keen photographer, loves to travel and is an avid supporter of the Highlanders and the All Blacks.
Dr Jessica Su
Jess is a friendly and gentle practitioner with a strong focus on helping patients develop a full understanding of their own oral health and individual needs. Having graduated from the University of Otago's Dental School (with Credit), Jess is committed to continued education and being up-to-date with the latest dental technology and clinical research. This allows the standard of her clinical work to remain consistently high.
Jess is an active member in the New Zealand Dental Association, and Auckland Dental Association. Outside of dentistry, Jess is a competitive badminton player, enjoys walking bush trails, and sampling Auckland's growing number of new eateries.
Cate Sparrow and Rhonda Brown
We have two experienced Dental Hygienists working in our practice. Cate Sparrow and Rhonda Brown, both have trained in the UK and have worked at Mount Wellington Dental Centre for over ten years.
Cate and Rhonda's professional aim is to provide education and dental awareness for our patients. This includes prevention and treatment of periodontal disease and also minimises the risk of tooth decay.
